Bon soir,
after some months I like to come back to this.
First something I forgot to note later. I contacted the guys from Härtsfeldbahn museum that time indepentely before you got answers here. From them I got a feedback that the unidentified Mallet seems to small being their missed loco. Another railway much more north eastern was supposed being the owner. Unfourtunally I cannot retrieve this eamil now giving you more detailed information. Sorry!
The reason for my visit today is another auction on ebay. Here a postcard is offered for a really high price showing a nice scenery in the german occupied area near Verdun. The text on the back side is hard to read because that time the german writing was much different then today. So just really old people can do. Unfourtunally name of station could not been read. Or is it because it is a french name? I like to thank "Lokhexe" at Harzbahn Forum and his over parents who are over eighty years for the translation.
But now here are the links. Proably one of you is abble to find out wher it was exactly?
